Meditch has executive produced films that have won Oscars and Emmys; most have premiered at Sundance, Toronto and other major festivals and have enjoyed successful theatrical, broadcast and festival runs. She has had a life-long passion for helping people tell stories that matter, with a special focus on the shared human experience. During her career she has held executive and creative positions at Discovery, as the executive in charge of creating and building Discovery Films 1.0; the National Geographic Society; Kiplinger’s and Texas Monthly. As a member of the faculty of the College of Communications at Michigan State University, she created the model for a new center on creativity in non-fiction storytelling.
She is the founder and president of Back Allie Entertainment which provides strategic, executive producing, and creative producing services to films, festivals, and universities.
